My item Arrived Damaged/Defective; What Do I Do?
Damages to merchandise are rare, but does happen occasionally. In the event your Kenian item arrives damaged or there is a defect, we will make it right. We ask that you note any imperfections at the time of receipt and send us photos of the damage (product, carton labels and packaging) to sales@kenian.com with 48 hours. While we are working to correct the problem, please DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR DELIVERY RECEIPTS. If packaging is discarded, we have the right to deny a damage claim.
If you refuse your furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately so a Return Authorization can be provided to our warehouse. Once items are received, we will then review and assess the condition of the product so that we can determine how to best resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If you refuse delivery of undamaged products, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as return freight and we reserve the right to deny your return and refund.
